About Victor Kruit
In 2006 I graduated in Dutch law, majoring in private law and criminal law, at Utrecht University. I then joined the legal profession in 2007. In 2013 I completed the Grotius Insolvency Law specialist course. That same year I became a member of Insolad, an association of insolvency law specialists. In 2017 I completed the specialist course in Civil Procedural Law (with honours) at the Academy for Legal Practice.
I specialise in business law, insolvency law and procedural law. I advise entrepreneurs in areas such as director’s liability, shareholder disputes, legal proceedings (such as interim relief proceedings and proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Court of Appeal in Amsterdam). I am also involved in advising on financing and securities, as well as offering extrajudicial or judicial settlements.
In addition, I am regularly appointed by the Court of Midden-Nederland as insolvency practitioner and administrator.
