Having frequently litigated and advised on behalf of financial institutions (banks), he is also well versed in financing and security regulations.<\/p><p>In addition, he is regularly appointed by the court as a liquidator in insolvency proceedings. He is known for his decisive and pragmatic approach.<\/p><p>Drawing on his knowledge and experience, he also regularly advises companies facing financial difficulties on restructuring and turnarounds.<\/p><p>Finally, he regularly assists buyers and sellers in (complex) acquisition processes.
