In 2019, he successfully completed the prestigious Grotius specialization program in \u2018Corporate &amp; Liability\u2019 at the Grotius Academy.<\/p><p>He represents entrepreneurs in a wide range of disputes, offering broad expertise in liability issues, breach of contract proceedings, contract interpretation, post-M&amp;A disputes, shareholder and management conflicts, and matters involving employee fraud.<\/p><p>His practice centers on all aspects of dispute resolution. Beyond providing legal counsel, he advises clients on litigation strategy, including seeking preliminary relief and the prejudgment attachment of assets.<\/p><p>From 2022 to 2024, he served as a full-time judge at the North Holland District Court. This experience provided him with invaluable insight into judicial decision-making and the inner workings of the court.
