Desirée de Waal

Since 2019, I have been working as a lawyer in a civil law practice. At the beginning of 2023, I transitioned to HAUT Legal. My primary focus is on insolvency law and contract law in a broad sense. For example, I regularly assist entrepreneurs in disputes concerning contracts, particularly lease agreements.

In addition, I am frequently appointed by the court as a bankruptcy trustee. The knowledge and experience I gain in that capacity are also applied to support entrepreneurs facing financial difficulties, such as in the areas of restructuring and liability issues.
