About Alexander den Hollander

He has been a practicing litigator since 2004, with extensive experience in corporate, liability, and employment law. In 2019, he successfully completed the prestigious Grotius specialization program in ‘Corporate & Liability’ at the Grotius Academy.

He represents entrepreneurs in a wide range of disputes, offering broad expertise in liability issues, breach of contract proceedings, contract interpretation, post-M&A disputes, shareholder and management conflicts, and matters involving employee fraud.

His practice centers on all aspects of dispute resolution. Beyond providing legal counsel, he advises clients on litigation strategy, including seeking preliminary relief and the prejudgment attachment of assets.

From 2022 to 2024, he served as a full-time judge at the North Holland District Court. This experience provided him with invaluable insight into judicial decision-making and the inner workings of the court. Additionally, he serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board for a primary and secondary education foundation.
