Valerie van Culenborg

Valerie van Culenborg obtained her Master’s degree in Corporate Law from Tilburg University in 2025, having previously successfully completed her Bachelor’s degree in Law there, specialising in Corporate Law. During her studies, she developed a keen interest in corporate and insolvency law.

During her studies, Valerie gained broad practical experience through various internships within the legal profession and voluntary work at a legal advice centre.

Valerie has been working at HAUT Legal as a legal assistant since March 2026. Within the firm, she primarily deals with issues relating to insolvency law and corporate law. She assists with providing advice, drafting procedural documents and managing legal proceedings.
