Victor Kruit

Victor Kruit has been a solicitor since 2007. In 2006, he graduated in Dutch law, specialising in private law and criminal law, from Utrecht University. In 2013, he successfully completed the specialist training course in Insolvency Law at the Grotius Academy. Since that year, he has been a member of INSOLAD, the association of insolvency law specialists. In 2017, he also completed the specialist training course in Civil Procedure Law at the Academy for Legal Practice, graduating with distinction.

Victor specialises in corporate law, insolvency law and procedural law. He advises entrepreneurs on matters including directors’ liability, shareholder disputes and legal proceedings, such as summary proceedings and proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. He also advises on financing and security, and on the proposal of out-of-court and court-approved compositions.
