Selene van Ee

Selene van Ee earned her Master’s degree in Corporate Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2024. During her studies, she gained extensive practical experience through various internships and legal assistant roles. In her final year, she also served as a board member of a law students’ society.

Selene joined HAUT Legal in March 2025 and was admitted to the bar in June 2025. She specializes primarily in insolvency and corporate law. In her daily practice, she supports the firm’s insolvency practitioners and administrators in handling bankruptcies and suspensions of payments. Additionally, she handles directors’ liability issues, due diligence investigations, and restructuring (creditor agreements). She also advises and litigates on corporate matters, such as shareholder disputes.
