Seyithan Sorgucu

I joined HAUT Legal as a lawyer in 2021. I completed my master’s degree in Business Law and Civil Law at Leiden University. During my studies and afterwards I gained experience at various Zuidas and medium-sized firms in the field of business law and, more specifically, mergers and acquisitions.

Resilience, passion for the profession and personal assistance are the qualities that define me as a lawyer. At HAUT Legal I assist my clients with matters related to business law and general civil law. For example, I support them during every stage of an acquisition, taking care of the preparation and assessment of all necessary documentation and deeds, as well as with finding practical solutions off the beaten track.
