About Jeroen Rouers
Jeroen Rouers has been a solicitor since 2009 and specialises in corporate law in the broadest sense and insolvency law. He advises directors, shareholders and their companies on commercial and internal disputes, takeovers, contracts and liability issues.
He has extensive experience in attachment and enforcement proceedings. Having frequently litigated and advised on behalf of financial institutions (banks), he is also well versed in financing and security regulations.
In addition, he is regularly appointed by the court as a liquidator in insolvency proceedings. He is known for his decisive and pragmatic approach.
Drawing on his knowledge and experience, he also regularly advises companies facing financial difficulties on restructuring and turnarounds.
Finally, he regularly assists buyers and sellers in (complex) acquisition processes. In this context, he has successfully completed the specialist course “M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions)” at the Academy for Legal Practice.
