Ilse Roseboom

Ilse Roseboom is an attorney at HAUT Legal. She assists entrepreneurs, companies and real estate parties in matters where legal precision and practical solutions need to come together. Clear in her advice, committed in her approach and attentive to the interests behind the case.

Ilse advises and litigates in the areas of real estate law, corporate law and insolvency law. She has extensive experience with contractual matters, commercial lease disputes and real estate transactions. In this context, she completed the postgraduate specialisation programme in Real Estate Law at the Grotius Academy in early 2024. She also assists clients when companies are under financial pressure or when the interests of parties are sharply opposed.

Clients value Ilse for her accessible way of working, sharp analysis and clear communication. She brings clarity to complex situations and helps determine the route that is best suited both legally and practically. Not only from the perspective of the case, but above all from what the client needs in order to move forward.

Since March 2026, Ilse has been a deputy member of the General Council of the Netherlands Bar on behalf of the local Bar Association of Noord-Holland.
